Final Project ideas:
-We make a scrapbook of what the actual book 'The Help' published in the story would've been like. Each page could tell stories of the maid's funny and scandalous stories working for white families. We could each do a page for a maid/character, and decorate it with photos and such.
-We could interview someone who worked as a maid for a white family and tell her experience and what it was like living in that time period. We could then write a paper on her life story. (I think this idea would take too much time, because the project is due next week...but just throwing out the idea :D )
-We could act out a scene from the book, and dress up like characters by bringing in costumes and props.
